Last 4 Sales in Fairways
and Fairways at Somerset
All of the last sales in each of the subdivisions in Fairways and Fairways at Somerset occured after Hurricane Wilma ripped through Boca Raton in late October, 2005.
Prices were rising dramatically until that storm held up a "STOP" sign in front of what everyone agreed was a raging Sellers' market (with double-digit increases in home prices year over year).
